Moreover the toxicology report said that you had lamotrigine in your system proving that you did take your medication as you should. You did all you could to look after yourself darling. Your death wasn't because of your lifestyle or lack of care with medication, it was for other reasons we may never know. If only we'd known the risk of death existed.
